Nancy Michel Kingsley, Customer Service Specialist

Nancy Michel Kingsley is the wife of attorney and owner, Ron Kingsley. At LCA, Nancy's focus is on customer service. She implements new policies, processes and procedures to maintain the overall satisfaction of the customer experience. Nancy also has a background as a Registered Nurse. Over a 30-year career, she has worked in many different settings including ICU, cancer research, occupational health and was the Nurse Coordinator of the Highland Park Hospital Breast Center. In her free time, she loves to travel, read and spend time with her large, extended family.

Mark Perlman, Director of Key Accounts

Mark Perlman is a dedicated professional who spent over 40 years in the construction business, the last 25 of which he owned and guided one of Chicagoland’s most successful and highly respected design / build construction companies.  Since joining Lake County Appeal in 2010, Mark has been an integral part of LCA, working with LCA's tax attorney on residential property tax appeals and strategies, as well as being the firm’s specialist on residential assessment reviews.  Additionally, Mark has given numerous informative and entertaining presentations about property tax appeals all over Lake County, including to Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce and many, many real estate offices.

Jill Odzer, Commercial Analyst

Jill Odzer is a Commercial Analyst at Lake County Appeal. She joined the firm in 2015, supporting the legal representation of homeowner and commercial properties throughout Lake County. She also continues to practice as a real estate broker for Jennings on the Park, a real estate boutique.

Jill has owned and managed two businesses, Pick Up the Slack, LLC, a personal assistant organization, and Array Redevelopment, LLC, a real estate investment firm with a focus on single family and multi-unit properties in the Chicago metropolitan area. At Array, Jill focused on renovations, quick sales and property maintenance of rental properties.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Business and Marketing from DePaul University, Chicago.

Mitchell Furlett, CIO

Mitchell Furlett is the Chief Information Officer at Lake County Appeal. He joined the firm in 2011 to evolve the inner workings of its real estate data platform. Mitch has spearheaded the integration of the latest technologies, delivering data driven solutions to simplify the firm’s complicated data management needs. He has successfully deployed proprietary software applications to enable Lake County Appeal to be the leader in processing property tax appeals. 

Mitch also supports Lake County Appeal’s legal representation of homeowner and commercial properties throughout Lake County.

Mitch holds a Bachelors of Arts with a concentration in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C.

Sheila Riebman, Customer Service Specialist

Sheila Riebman will be celebrating her third successful year at Lake County Appeal. She provides exceptional customer service, maintaining quality relations and exhibiting a strong understanding of the complex nature of the appeal process. Sheila's professional experience spans across all facets of administrative and customer care. Having managed a Highland Park gift shop on her own, she understands the critical importance of being fairly assessed.

Sheila lives in Lake County and enjoys live theater in her free time.
