If this is your first time on our site, please begin by creating an account below. You will then receive an email with a link to set up a new password and continue the RapidReview℠ sign-up process.

If you have already set up an account on our new system, please click on “Log in” and begin the RapidReview℠ process.

Once logged in, you can search for your property (by the property’s 10 digit property index number (“PIN”) as listed on your tax bill or blue assessment notice), click your cursor on the property address (a blue link), answer a few questions and complete the RapidReview℠ sign-up process.

In this age of internet security concerns, the extra level of security (requiring the email with a link, mentioned above, as part of the sign-up process) ensures that your data will always be safe, as does the padlock  before all Lake County Appeal website addresses.  An additional benefit is that you will not be required to provide us with all of your information again in the future.
